The Maltby TS1 IM (Injected Muscle) Forged Irons are a true billet forged 3 piece iron design that delivers performance and feel unlike any other muscle back iron head. This incredible playability and direct feedback comes from a combination of a very low and centered vertical center of gravity, modern loft specifications, soft polymer material injected throughout the entire club head and a new 2.1mm Super Maraging steel face.
Revolutionary Construction
Forged using a Precision 5 Step Forging process for very precise parts requiring very little polishing to provide unparalleled specification tolerances. The TS1 IM head design features a 2.1mm Super Maraging steel forged face and a forged 1025C carbon steel body with an internal tungsten weight co-forged low and towards the toe inside the club head. The co-forged tungsten centers the vertical center of gravity location for a more stable head not typically found in a muscle back design. The pieces are then precision welded together leaving a void behind the entire club face that is injection filled with a proprietary polymer to enhance ball speeds and provide an exceptional feel on both center and off center hits.

True Forged using a Precision 5 Step Forging process for unparalleled specification tolerances, the TS3 Forged head design features a forged 1025C carbon steel body with an internal tungsten weight co-forged low and towards the toe inside the club head. The co-forged tungsten centers the vertical center of gravity location for a more stable and playable head design.
To further enhance playability, the TS3 Forged irons feature a progressive cavity design that moves more mass low and towards the toe in the long irons and progresses to a more neutral position in the more lofted scoring irons and wedges.

This incredible playability and direct feedback comes from a detailed focus on the mass and dimensional characteristics of the design and creates an optimized center of gravity location in each head. Combined with the modern players loft specifications, the TS4 produces tour level trajectories, distance and feel.
The TS4 head design is a forged 1025C carbon steel and is co-forged with internal tungsten weight positioned low and towards the toe in the #3 thru the #8 iron to optimize the center of gravity location. The CNC milled face and “MG” (Multi-Groove) Technology ensures face flatness and places more grooves on the face for improved consistency. The sole is CNC milled to provide precise sole angle and radius specifications throughout the set. The TS4 features a modern tour leading edge grind and 4 way radius sole as well as graduated sole angles (bounce) to provide optimal turf interaction.
In the playing position, the TS4 irons present a traditional, classic players blade profile that will appeal to high level players as well as any level of player that prefers a traditional look at address. MAXimum Forgiveness
The KE4 MAX irons feature a deep undercut cavity with a interchangeable 8 gram weight screw positioned extremely low, as far towards the toe and rearward as possible. The positioning of the added toe mass moves the KE4 MAX iron's C-Dimension to an incredible 1.659". This lengthy C-Dimension measurement results in a horizontal center gravity location of .103" toe side of the geometric center of the clubface producing a very high MOI (Moment of Inertia) of 13.8912 oz-in² for MAXimum forgiveness on off center hits. The combination of the optimized MOI and C-Dimension increases the size of the club heads "sweet spot" to deliver longer and straighter golf shots when the ball is hit off center.
MAXimum Distance
The KE4 MAX iron lofts represent the strongest lofts available in the Maltby line of premium irons. However, strong lofts are not the only club head specification required to actually achieve longer golf shots. Golf shots hit on too low of a trajectory with little spin can result in a loss of distance and control. The KE4 MAX irons have an actual vertical center of gravity of .758" which is ideal for a wide range of swing speeds to produce the ideal golf ball trajectory and backspin needed for real world added distance and superb control.
MAXimum Adjustability
The KE4 MAX head weights can be customized to allow multiple shaft and length options to optimize the weight and feel for a wide variety of build options. The stock 8 gram weight of the KE4 MAX irons can be exchanged to increase or decrease the club head weight by +/-6 grams using the Maltby T-25 (MTW001) screw weights. The MTW001 screw weights are available in 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 gram weight options.
